Mission Vision Eye Care Event

We have some exciting news! Mission Vision will be bringing their Mobile Clinic to us on October 25, 2023 between 9am-1:30pm. We have enough time to see 40 patients. There will be appointments every 15 minutes. You must be registered in advance. You can register by calling or submitting online. The registration paperwork will be sent to you in the mail. 

This date will include free exam and a pair of free glasses. There is no insurance required. This service is available to all adults, and children. Having healthy eyes s our number one focus!

About Mission Vision

Mission Vision treats patients of all different ages, both young and old, who come from low income or disadvantaged communities. We often work with the homeless, elderly, unemployed, veterans, and school aged children who otherwise would not have access to eye exams and treatments.

The exams are designed to both provide for an eyewear prescription, while screening for ocular eye diseases. They screen for Macular Degeneration, Color Blindness, Astigmatism, Glaucoma, etc.

Mission Vision got its start 30 years ago when a few doctors founded a mission’s hospital in Ghana.  This led to an organization that serves thousands of patients in need both globally and in our local communities.

Mission Vision’s mobile clinics continue to provide free eye exams, glaucoma screenings and prescription glasses to some 2,000 people annually.

Contracted and volunteer licensed optometrists and opticians, and ophthalmic and optometric technicians staff the clinics.
